As a business person in LaGrange you'll face many decisions that impact your success. The LaGrange Business Association (LGBA) can help you gather the facts you need to make better decisions, access valuable experience, and tap into the many resources available from this vibrant community.

The LGBA is an organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Illinois for the purpose of enhancing the business climate and promoting and stimulating orderly growth for businesses located in LaGrange, Illinois.
Members of the LGBA work with you to:
* Develop and preserve cooperation among member businesses and business persons in LaGrange;
* Promote the growth of its member businesses;
* Stimulate the economy of LaGrange through business growth;
* Represent the member businesses to the West Suburban Chamber of Commerce, the Village of LaGrange, and other business associations.
As your business advocate, the LGBA promotes business in LaGrange by working jointly with the West Suburban Chamber of Commerce and Main Street. The LGBA is also the voice of LaGrange businesses to the Village of LaGrange and other government bodies.
Specific issues worked on by the LGBA include sponsoring of local cable advertising, facade loans, tax increment financing, parking regulations, Streetscape improvements, candidate nights, sign ordinances, and general business development.
The LaGrange Business Association also sponsors many events throughout the year that have proven to be a great way to encourage community support for local businesses.
The LaGrange Business Association meets on the second Thursday of each month - with some exceptions - at Palmer Place. We list the special features of our upcoming meetings on this site.
The LaGrange Business Association Board meets on the first Thursday of each month. Since we have no permanent headquarters facility, the Board meets in various locations. Check with a board member for time and location.
